RTI act 2005 is that right which makes a common person empowered. Because under RTI, any man can demand any information from any government department, in which he thinks that department does not have transparency or if he wants he can use RTI to fetch any information.
RTI act is regulated in all over India (except J&K) in which every body, which comes under government and also those private groups which are under taken by government.
